It's genuine. I bought it from a registered Breitling dealers (listed on Breitling website), it came with the guarantee / service book etc, & came in the Bakelite box. The serial number matches with the documentation & certificate.

Rolex here too. Bought a GMT11 'Pepsi' a few years back and its increased in value. Out of the 3 you suggest, i would go for Omega.

As it was a gift to myself I'm not sure of the legalities of import duties. No doubt someone will know better & could advise. Either way you get a holiday and a watch at either 75% +/- of its UK price or you have to pay the duty & pay full price. I wore mine as I came back home through customs.Wear it as you return & don't make a big deal of it (don't be too flash, etc), customs are usually more focussed on people importing excess cigarettes from the Canaries to worry about one individual wearing a watch. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute. |
