Well, potentially saving £30 per day seems like a good reason for having them '08 RRS TDV8

Looking forward to the new RRS having DRLs, they look really cool. Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

Well, here in Switzerland lights are mandatory during the the day since January 1st, if you forget, is a £30 pounds fine if they stop you. Same in Italy, mandatory and fine. So potentially saving a fine to have them on automatically, or have LED DLRs. The added cost, fuel and bulbs, is probably cheaper. And activation is free, at least at my dealer. Well, yes, it applies to foreign drivers too.
Yep, I know in UK you do not have dumb laws, but we are not so blessed (or smart ) unfortunately '08 RRS TDV8 I converted my diesel RRS to run on an environmentally friendly mixture of caribou fat and baby seals oil |

I believe that the LR DLR activation turns on the rear lights too. '08 RRS TDV8
