Snow chains fit according to my Black Edition brochure

Snow Socks are not legal replacement for chains in most of Europe I found.

This is nightmare! So it looks like the only option is the thule K-Summit at £250 or the Rud at £400 odd? Hire ones are the normal chainy looking things tht won't fit mine.

I have the spike spiders I got for my a Frrelander 2, haven't tried them on the RRS yet so don't know if they fit but you are welcome to borrow them. Only problem is, I'm North Essex. |

I cant recall how much the rudd (they do a few as well, give them a call) are - but they are expensive, but half the price of the LR version.

Sorry, but just went out to check and unfortunately the RRS wheel nuts are larger than the FL2 and so the nut clamps don't fit. |

I would double check that - but we were looking at Switzerland and somewhere else (cant recall) in 2013 and they were not legal...so double check, you don't want a fine (or actually have to use them to save your bacon) Mike
