Stolen :(

Hi all

After owning our RRS autobiography model for less than two months, thieves broke into our house found the car keys and stole it.
Police say with 20 mins it was in London and well be very lucky to ever see it again as it's either abroad or sold for parts. Next hope is that they changes plates and sold it on and one day it will get found.

Annoyingly they also got kids car seats and pram along withy car iPod .
And whilst looking for the keys in out house they got an ipad and iPhone.
So unfair that we work hard for our money and something like this happens.
Gutted.

Hi,

Words fail me, the police reaction, OH WELL, THATS GONE.

Why do we bother to do an honest days work, when lazy scum just do this. Censored

The saving grace was, that you and your family were not hurt.

I really feel for you, ours is only an 08 TDV6 but we would be totally gutted. Rules are for the obediance of fools and the guidence of wise men

Thanks all. Just really gutted.
We are thankful that we took out the GAP insurance om the car so when that comes through at least we aren't hugely out of pocket.

At the end of the day it's just things that were taken that can be replaced. We have two young children in the house so thankful we are all ok.

Haven't slept a wink tonight though. Every little noise almost had me sitting up on bed.

This happened to us a few years back. They had my R32 off the drive. Since then we now have CCTV, an upgraded alarm system, HUGE double locking gates at the end of the drive and a Doberman.

Funny, we've not had any trouble since?

Out of all adversity comes the seed of a greater good...WE LOVE OUR DOBERMAN!!

Really feel for you and know what you are feeling right now.

Take care, Michael

Scumbags! Their main objective in breaking in was obviously to get the keys to your RRS. It's probably a blessing in disguise that they found them easily enough....shudder to think what could have happened were you home when they broke in and they were having a problem finding your keys. Shocked Could have been quite nasty. 2010 RRS TDV6 3.0 Autobiography - Stornoway Grey

Really so to hear this, as said above, thankfully no one was hurt, it could have been a very different story if you had of tried to intervene, hope they catch the scumbags Evil or Very Mad This is the very reason ive always had a garage because ive always had nice motors, out of site, out of mind is my motto.
