Might be worth a shot - Have you logged on to the 'find my iphone app' ??

it will locate the iPad and iPhone if they are turned on and haven't been wiped!

Sorry to hear this Spuddy. Sad

Never a nice thing, but glad that you/family are all ok and unharmed. Thumbs Up

I have a very securely locked garage, camera's, a dog and alarm system which are all visible/noticeable deterrents, but I still leave my keys on a table in the hallway (not visible from the front door Wink ) so that if some scrote does decide they want mine or Mrs Bean's car, then they can just take a leave without any hassle.

This is completely contrary to the advice of the local police who say they should be taken upstairs Rolling Eyes .....this was following a couple of car thefts (rural country location) but I would much rather be dealing with insurance companies etc regarding the loss of a car, than having to deal with someone wanting to harm my wife/Son.....just not worth it in my eyes. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Good Point Kenzi, thats what I was going to suggest.

Absolutely gutted for you, what a terrible thing to happen. The way that some thieves operate is appalling. Especially stealing the little ones car seats.

I would be keeping a firm eye out on ebay and gumtree for them.

I doubt that you will want it back now after some scumbag has been on a joy ride in it. But, I hope the insurance claim goes smoothly.

Fkn c Censored s, its probably best the car isn't found after the thieving fkrs have been thrashing the arse out of it. Get yourself a dog mate nothing puts a burglar off like a dog in the house.

We've got two, one goes mental barking if anyone even comes near the house, the other one just sits there and does a mad stare that says " cmon then, I dare you" 2017 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography Santorini Black

Thanks all. We think they got in through our front door.
Wife keys were hidden in a window sill and these are the ones they found. Mine were in my coat pocket which they didn't.
Thankfully they didn't ransack the house just left all drawers open in the living room that they searched.
Insurance actually going well at the moment and GAP confirmed they will already cover difference, so golf to get full value back of the car.

Tried using the find my iPhone app but nothing. They've been offline since stolen. Both the ipad and iPhone were locked with pass code numbers and my ipad was wifi only so wil only show up if they break code and connect to wifi. But I have set tg both to erase now. Not much on them but had a banking app on mine so just being on the safe side

I would have set it for it to email you when it was turned on and located. I did this with an old iPhone I had stolen in Australia after me leaving it in a taxi. The taxi driver was of an African decent and guess where the phone ended up.. Ethiopia!!!

You would not want your car back after some low life has had it and this just goes to show how handy GAP insurance is. Glad you were all out at the time because red mist can decend on you and the outcome could be you getting hurt. Good luck with your search for a new one.

Glad you and you're family ok and hope you get sorted soon Bow down

Agree with others - I would rather they took the keys/car and everyone safe - it's just a car and can be replaced but family can't Sad

Pity these Censored get away with this stuff and have no fear - better security measures and high values seem to be making them take more risks Evil or Very Mad

It might be worth circulating the reg number just incase they have dumped it on Beancounters estate and monitoring it to see if it is found. They often do this to see if a tracker is fitted. A long shot i know. Have you had any updates from the police Question Another long shot i know. Whistle
