there is a known fix for it , so the dealer should know about it, mine did the same (my10), i think it is one of the cables under the seat that gets tightened (mine had 2/3mm play when braking)

Thanks Dave your a lad. Its been an absolute nightmare trying to get a fix for this as the dealer has no idea. The sport has been undriveable.

Had the same problem with mine earlier this year and as you state there's a known fix which once done cures the unwanted seat movement.

Thanks guys for the help. I rang my sercie guys and told them I had found a solution to the problem because they couldnt and they didnt take it very well. Appears to be a serious problem with Land Rover Global and the communication of service and repair updates as it was news to them.

Hi all just joined this site today thinks it's well worth the feed back some of you get on here. Well just got my 2010 sport hse and have the problem with drivers seat moving when breaking and getting in and out the car. It's in hunters tomorow for the fix but I'm a little unsure if they will try to charge me anyone had this. Many thanks Chris |

Sorry never had that problem - My seat was creaky once but it was a loose piece of trim - needed clipping back into place
