Fitting genuine twin towing electrics 2005 RRS

How easy? does this require a software update once fitted? I guess that they plug into the rear loom and take a couple of hours?

A bit fiddly getting the loom over the harmonic dampers and clipped in place, but not technically difficult.

You don't HAVE to have the electrics enabled on that year car, but if you do, it tops the car automatically raising if your in terrain response mode.
Should also stop the reverse sensors beeping when you reverse with something plugged in.

Ill be over your way on Thursday (on way to Grantham) if any use. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

I'm convinced!! I was a bit suprised tbh when I removed the cover to find nothing fitted from the factory Sad

Is there much difference over the genuine parts against non genuine? I've seen both on ebay with a substantial price difference

LR Fitting Instructions

Hi. I have bought used twin towing electrics genuine Land Rover. I was wondering if anyone on the forum has the LR fitting instructions for these? They do look fairly simple to fit, however for ease and peace of mind instructions do always help. If anyone has any help or advice it would be appreciated.
