I have been to the Excel centre today for a trade show. Its the first time I have been, and I wanted to say how I didn't like the venue at all. The signage, parking, facilities and prices are all awful - I couldn't believe how disorganised the whole facility was.

I would imagine additional signs would be put up for the Motorshow - I really hope so anyway. Its actually pretty easy to get to the Docklands area by car, however the signage over the last 2 miles to the EXCEL Centre itself is woeful. Not sure about taxis really - sorry - but I would seriously consider it on the day myself if I was staying some distance away - we're staying in the Boat Hotel thingy which is right next to the Centre - so we will be walking to the Show in July What day are you going Fi? |

This is why I'm hoping who ever is staying the night before and is traveling down the M1 that maybe we can all meet each other on the way and drive in a convoy that way no one will get lost. RRS TDV6 Gone but still around
