Is it possible to turn off that annoying seat belt warning? Is there a trick? |

Nope, don't think there is one for that yet. Has been discussed before. L319 D4 HSE

On my 57 plate RRS I found that the ignition had to be in the on position, the passenger seat had to be empty and I had to sit in the drivers seat and do the nine times buckle/unbuckle thing with the drivers side seatbelt. Wait for the chime and then buckle and unbuckle one more time. This seems to have disabled both the driver and passenger seat belt warning chime in one move. |

Why would you want to turn off the seatbelt warning chimes?

I often have a camera on the passenger seat so the disabling this feature is a major plus. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

As I have a farm and am in and out of the car a lot going through the gates etc. the BONGING does get on your nerves so it was disabled the first day I got the car Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

I drive more Sports and Discos then most people on the forum and most of the time without wearing the seatbelt. To be honest I ignore the chimes as I know I am only on a very short journey.

Easier not to have to worry - always wear a belt so bongs are pointless for me. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
