Diablo, I assume you have tried www.landrover.co.uk The spec's on there are current (or as current as Land Rover usually manage to get their website - which isn't very) and as kaine has pointed out, there were a few recent changes. RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini

I was about to suggest the LR Singapore site which someone mentioned recently still only held the MY06 specs, but I've just tried and get a "this site is being upgraded" message....

PTI was only standard on the SC model for MY06 but most HSEs did have it specified as an option. Is the dealer who's offering the Parrot installation, the same dealer that sold it to you? If so, at least they're trying to remedy it... it's not possible to retrofit the factory PTI and the aftermarket "kit" is a bit of waste of time. I have a Parrot in my poxymobile and it's actually pretty good

You will get less problems with the Parrot - saying this it obviously you want a good deal. I would take the parrot kit but insist on a free car service in a year's time. The LR phone kit is about £1k the Parrot about £300 - enough said. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Depending on the parrot kit there is a small display unit that is about 3 x1 inches. Yes you will see it but the parrot kits are very good. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

The mic will get installed into the headlining somewhere up near the interior light and the Parrot itself either attached to the console somewhere or attached to the top of the dash. I'd have a chat with them about where the guy will place it... they can't be placed anywhere, but there's some flexibility.
