Had an enjoyable experience dealing with Steve today, kept me informed throughout the process and was VERY cost effective in comparison to my current insurer and comparison websites, highly recommended

Although I recently renewed my insurance, I changed car recently and tried to get a quote from A-Plan again via PM. The idea was to cancel my current insurance and move to A-Plan if good.

Dear all I have spoken on the phone with Fkarim today and apologised for the breakdown in communication with his quote. It's a pretty simple system of a all back if we need to refer for any reason. On this occasion we have let you down and the procedure failed. I can only apologise for the delay in arranging the quote and also letting you down on the service I am trying to provide you all. I would like to promise that we will make no errors going forward, but I am realistic and know errors can happen. However I will do my upmost to always try and improve to avoid errors. If things ever do go wrong I will hold my hands up and get things put right as quickly as possible. If any one would like to discuss this further, please feel free to pick up the phone to me. I also got a decent quote yesterday which was higher than my current premium but I was happy to pay a bit extra for better cover. Unfortunately that particular policy also required a tracker (not all of A-Plan policies/insurers do I think) and after adding admin charges etc. from my current insurer (as I had already made changes to my existing policy due to earlier issues) it was becoming a bit too much extra cost for me to justify.

Hello, can anyone tell me the up-to-date contact details for speaking to the right person at A-Plan to get a quote for a MY10 RRS? Looking back through the thread, I've seen a mention of Steve Marsh at the Bletchley office on 01908 271 771 - is this still the guy to speak to? |
