Hi Guys, where can I find out what oil to use on my 08 TDV8 please

I'm using Mobil Super 3000x1 Formula FE 5W-30 but for no particular reason other than it meets the Ford spec required. You can get a good deal on oils from site sponsor Advanced Motor Factors who are the least expensive (even than ECP) 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE
