Welcome Roberto. It may sound silly but have you checked the tyre pressures? My RRS was a bit harsh when I collected it but it was because some halfwit had confused psi with bar and massively overinflated the tyres.

Many of the new land rovers have that now, bigger profile tyres...makes for a better ride. Mike

You can go back to D3 suspension arms/bushes, but they will not last as long on an RRS. Don't really last long enough on a D3
