There is a massive difference in quality when bearings are concerned in my opinion.

I have a Ktm 300 enduro bike and when I've fitted non genuine bearings they only last as third of the time, now this is a problem as you wear the hub every time you replace the bearings.

So what can appear to save you money in the long run will lead to a wheel rebuild.

I suppose you don't change the bearings on a sport that often.

Would agree, get good ones.

Cheap bearings are cheap for a reason.

If you have a 2.5 ton car with the family in it, do you want to trust some cheap part or get a proper part with a cast iron warrenty behind it?
