having been there recently, i went with the copies. zero difference aesthetically, big difference in price. got mine from super tweaks. the next question is if you want the pre-cut sills or cut yourself. i did the latter and found it was fine with the proper cutting tools Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.

Thanks for the reply Luke. Yeah, could never justify paying so much more for genuine ones if they are pretty much identical.

it's a simple job to mount everything and IMHO makes a big difference to the look. super tweaks had it at my place within 24-hours, great service. Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.

Thanks for the info mate. I had a look on super tweaks but they don't sell the one with the pre cut sills anymore. Anyone know if these will be okay? http://www.powerfuluk.com/products/range-r...overs.html Monster Unit |

Yes i got the ones in Bc's linky and they are as good as any genuine side steps imo. Those are now cheaper than what i paid too. |

Just to add that I have the "powerful uk" ones with pre cut sills. Fitting was straight forward enough (apart from breaking one of the plastic fixing studs on the sills after transferring them over) and quality looks ok albeit only been on for 3 months

I'm not into side steps, however I did see a Sport a while back with Chrome/Stainless side tubes fitted, the tubes would have been 65/75 mm.
