Not sure of what you have bought new or second hand, if new then it could be just a binding brake, but by your description it sounds like it might be second hand if the bolt that holds the disc on is missing. It could be the hole that should have a plastic blank in that is removed when you adjust the epb shoes.

He did say 56 plate so its not a newey. Sounds to me like Saxtons only did a crap job of the delivery inspection and prep |

Giving them the benefit of the doubt until tomorrow when I drop in to get it sorted, if the words warranty get mentioned I'm not going to be responsible for my actions though. Simple mechanic mistake so if it gets sorted no fuss and fast I will be a happier customer. Got to give them a chance to rectify mistakes. |
