Last night sitting in car, had the side lights only on... and noticed a faint light bean triangling down slightly... from near the rear view mirror... i was like ooo wow what is this... looked and right inbetween the rear view mirror and the normal 3 reading lights is a very small square light, never noticed this before... looks cool though... but what is the point of it?

2014 Facelift Discovery

I noticed it. Hard not to when your hand glows blue when you put it on the knob shall we just leave at the fact your not too observant?
Did notice straight away that full fat has similar hidden light to illuminate the inner door handles and crap bins in doors though.  2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
