2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 S Rimini Red
Hello and AUX function issue

Hello all, new to the forum and new to RR sport. Ive had two discos and a freelander and now have upgraded to 2005 RR sport S and loving it.
I do have a bit of an issue with the AUX function on the radio, when I plug in my iphone 5 and select AUX on the stereo I get no sound atall. I've checked the lead and the device and both work fine the sound is just not getting to the stereo.
If anyone has any ideas i'm all ears.
Thanks in advance.

Never tried it with my new IP5

sounds like a connection issue between the jack and head unit.

The centre console can be removed, it's a bit fiddly but no impossible, maybe you could locate the break? RRS gone

Ok Thanks Awd man,
Wasn't sure if it was something that needed activating by a LR specialist or whether mine being only the S model had the hardware installed ie the input jack socket behind the centre console but not the electronics to support it?
