New member to the site and new to the ownership of an RRS!

Just bought my 2010 RRS 3.0 TDV6 HSE - Orkney Grey with Ebony leather and loving the new view of the road.

Not the best of starts as I've had it 2 weeks and some *#?!!* has already stolen my spare wheel!!!!

Have read about RLD's protector - RLD can you contact me with details of how to purchase ASAP?

Picked up my first RRS SDV6 HSE this week. Been looking for 12 months and despite numerous visits to local LR dealerships they didn't seem interested in helping me find the car I wanted. I'm very picky and had a specific spec in mind.
GC Motors in Harrogate found me 3 within a fortnight and eventually found me just what I was looking for. It's a very low mileage '61 reg: black with black (originally from LPR) I've had side steps added. Mud flaps next.
Had some really nice cars in the past and the RRS feels as good as them all so far
Looking forward to the whole experience; I've been reading the forum for some time and like the X5 forum that I was a member of, its full of top info and tips.

Hi i havnt got a RRS yet but looking to buy 1 in aug. so just wanted to join here and find out what i can about RRS.

Hi all, we got our RRS 4.2 S/C two weeks ago, best thing I've ever driven, my wife loves it. Before we bought it we we're looking at FFRR, which was to be fair a much smoother ride, but without the grin factor.
Bought the 4.2 as we thought if your going to go large do it right. Glad we did.
Always puts a smile on my face as I hear it start up.
It's that very rare colour Java black with hawke side vents and hawke grill. RRS 2006 supercharged

Hi All

I Have just purchased a RRS HSE 2005 after owning a couple of Landrovers - A Series 3 Station Wagon & Discovery 1 Commercial.

I have a few issues that need putting right with the RRS but overall I'm impressed and happy.

I plan to do some light (ish) off-roading so if anybody knows of anywhere in and around Lancashire that is within the RRS capabilities it would be great to hear from you.

Have been lurking on the forum for some time, but thought I would post to say hello. Shortly to pick up my MY2010 RRS 5li S/C and really looking forward to the ownership experience. I took a lot of time searching around, and there was a paucity of S/C models in the spec I wanted, but managed to find it eventually. Driving is much more than simply going from A to B and the driving experience of the S/C should prove more than memorable!

I am currently a Discovery 3 owner but between 2006 and 2009 I had a TDV6 Sport HSE (when it was fun to have a company car, the tax man says differently today!)
