I just wonder - if, - in the future, there should an engine problem would Warranty Direct have indigestion because the car's history showed that it had not been repaired by Land Rover ! |

Wouldn't think so as this appears to be their approved repairer 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I am going to book my car in for a new oil pump, is there anything else that I need to change whilst the front of the car is stripped down??? It had new cam belt 12 months ago. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport. |

You could change the water pump which you need to remove the timing belt to do anyway. Istr water pump is about £70 |

Do no harm to replace the belt again either. Doesn't do them any good being under tension then removed and refitted. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

Prior to booking my car in for the updated oil pump, can I just re confirm that the pump I need is the one fitted to the 3 litre engine - the latest version being LR013487. Also as the car has only covered 35k, is it worth changing the water pump? In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport. |
