Is there a error message ? if so definately a sign they or at least 1 is on the way out Big Cry what year RRS. Ideally a diagnostic reading should identify the offending location. Bodsy ( site sponsor ) read mine - he was spot on. Thumbs Up 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

I have the same problem with mine
Sometimes they were working, sometimes I had a long beep and then the flashing light in the switch.

I traced mine to a broken wire on one of the sensors, sometimes it made contact, sometimes not, now is completely out, I haven't got around repairing it yet.

To check which sensor is, put the car in reverse with the ignition on, parking brake off, then go around the car and listen to the sensors, they should make a "tic tic tic" noise, the silent one is the one giving problems. '08 RRS TDV8
I converted my diesel RRS to run on an environmentally friendly mixture of caribou fat and baby seals oil

Make sure your seatbelt is on, otherwise the seatbelt off warning sound has priority over the parking sensor sound.

Happened to me in the parking garage... Confused SW

Sometimes it is not enough to do our best;
sometimes we must do what is required.
