Mine only came to £95,515. I decided to go for a 5.0 V8 and more or less fully load it because otherwise I would get chronic FOMO* every time I see a new forum topic entitled something like "My new RRS - what do you think?"

At those prices this RRS will be my last........great car but once you get near £100K it's not worth it.

OK so it isn't an RRS but there are several owners of Barolo Black Evoques who have posted photos of their cars over on babyRR.com

Thanks for the pictures. So it really looks like red flakes on black. Very interesting. |

Rather like Audi Royal's config, I've also used Causeway Grey. Looking at the rear this colour seems to make the back of the car less Evoque and more muscular...and though the configurator doesn't seem to place in the privacy glass, this colour imo gives the vehicle a bit more of a stealth bomber attitude rather than the Evoque Sport appearance that the pre-launch photos suggested. What do you think?! http://rules.config.landrover.com/jdxl/en_...ayoff.html If the privacy glass could be included in the config, this would look quite mean and moody. Edit : I think AR's colour is Corris Grey? |

Causeway Grey is just mean and rude. I love it. But I need the car for business too, so I will go with Corris Grey. Yeah, privacy glass will lift the car into stratosphere. I would go with different wheels in your config., 21" split spoke 5 diamond finish really goes well with grey. Also, in Quatum of Solace (Bond 21 film) in Boliva the grey RRS has back windows tinted to standard 35% (percentage of light it goes into the car, smaller percetnage mean darker tints) and front windows to 60%, it doesn't work if car is black or white, but it works like magic if the car is grey. Interior should be black with black headlining. Pity Land Rover doesn't offer contrast stiching that would be a nice touch. I saw in Germany RRS SVD6 2012 with bespoke Alcantara black leather interior including headlining, it was the most beautiful RRS interior I have ever seen, it wasn't tasteless, it was just perfect, this is something Land Rover should offer on Autobiography models. |

The idea of 20" wheels was that the tyres possibly will have a deeper profile than 21" wheels, so a slightly better ride on the UK'S roads. Not sure if this is the case, but final build doesn't have to be in till a couple of months before del date.
