ARB Bushes and Control Arms $tealer or independant

Guys,

As I have been researching the forum, it would appear the above is the single most pain of most RRS owners lives...!

everything is okay on mine, I have done an oil and filter change and can feel no obvious play in either area, but doubt that will be the case for ever.

thinking preventative maint wise, to do the ARB bushes front and rear as I have noticed a feint squeak from the suspension and this could be the first signs of wear at 38 K.

is it a dealer job or a good Indy job, and would the Indy do the tech bulletin for the new clamps.

thanks in adavance .... Java RRS Supercharged + Jaguar STR Supercharged, = Oil Refinery.... Smile

An Indy should be more than capable of doing both of these jobs.

Lower arms are around 2-3 hours, depending if the bolts are seized, and need cutting off. Will also need a wheel alignment on top of that
Front ARB bushes should only take a couple of hours, but I know from experience that the bolts can seize too, and can be a nightmare to get out Rolling Eyes

Never replaced them. Never had an issue with them. IMHO, replacement every 6 years is a bit excessive Thumbs Up
