I should have been more specific in my first post. My bad.. Im a new in town. This is my nr. 3 RRS. But the first with the DPF. System.

Sorry i can't answer your question but what i would do is take you motor for a good run down the motorway at 4000 rpm in what ever gear it allows for you to keep within the speed limit. Maybe a 15 minute run in each direction down the motorway, thats what i did with mine. It cleared the fault light in about 8 minutes but i kept going to get the exhaust nice an hot. Ive not had the light on since but i have also been doing quite a bit of motoway driving recently so it will be clearing itself anyway. |

Hej Ady - Just did that today - And it did help on the problem right away.. But it could be nice to get rid of the problem for god. Since i don't have time to run and down the back straight to cure the issue.. |

Yes can be removed. The DPF needs physically removing from the car. Then the ECU needs removing and programming to tell it that one isn't fitted.

After an extensive search I had the DPF removed by the good people of Digicar in the Netherlands.
