1975 Rolex seadweller. Been to bottom of North Sea, Gulf, Indian Ocean, South China Sea, Pacifc etc. Will give it to my son once I retire from the sea. Been serviced a few times, still looks like new. That and Mr G shock for when rolex is getting serviced. SWMBO owns this car I get to drive occasionally |

anyone recommend a good place for a watch purchase in Leeds/yorkshire, thinking it will be a nice memento to purchase from my grandad who past away recently

A very good friend of the family is a jeweller that gets a good range of watches in; Omega, Hublot, Rolex etc

i thought the omega bracelets were good when looking, i expect to be round the £2k mark, but might put a little extra in for the right watch |

For that sort of money, assuming it's your taste, you could also look at Rolex, their 'Oyster' style bracelet is very robust also. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
