Rear ARB leaking - O-Ring replacement?

My rear ARB is leaking and i have been told it needs to be replaced. I seam to remember reading somewhere that it sometimes can be fixed by replacing the O-Ring. Is that correct and does anybody know if this is a kit and the partnumber?

I have a, not to good, picture of the leak: http://s17.postimage.org/fzxtn2y6n/IMAG0181.jpg

O-Ring replacement most be cheeper than ARB replacement ... RRS TDV8 HSE in Stornoway Grey/Alpaca/Rhodium/Multimedia/Privacy Glass

Hi Paddi

Yes and no - i've read that thread, but I don't know if it is the o-ring on mine or the ARB that needs changing.

In order to correctly diagnose the leak path on a stabilizer bar, clean the suspected area thoroughly and confirm if
the leak is from the pipe o-rings, the stabilizer bar hydraulic seal or somewhere else. If found to be from the
pipe o-rings.... like here..

... these are serviceable parts and should be replaced.
If the leak is found to be from the hydraulic seal, this is not a serviceable part and a new stabilizer bar will be
required.

No problems.

Would have responded to this sooner, only thing is that I was in the UK at that time! Was raining, in addition to being cold!!

Took the Eurostar to Paris on 14th... and back home now.

Cheers!! Cool

PS - Wonder if this helped RRSTDV8DK ? Malaysia Boleh!

Hi Bobby

Thank you and sorry for the late reply.

It looked like it is just "sweating" so I had it cleaned up, but can not see where it is coming from - and no faults in the dashboard - so I will leave it for now. RRS TDV8 HSE in Stornoway Grey/Alpaca/Rhodium/Multimedia/Privacy Glass
