Mine was a sunday afternoon call out Muddy, and he said as long as someone is avaiable they will always send out LRA but they have to prioritise callouts through Landrover for owners of new cars. |

I've got LRA as part of the LR warranty and called them out last week with a battery problem... i.e i had the doors opened and closed all day on site in the cold sapped my juice. I have to say they were quick and very efficient. Great attention to detail not only getting the car started but they double checked all the related parts to make sure the car wouldn't fault on me again. Im seriously looking into extending this again as v impressed! 2007 Black on Black colour coded TDV8 |

Just goes to show how reliable L/R are then The AA must of got pi55ed off coming out to L/R's and have employed L/R assist to see to their own failures. |

Better than the RAC then. Bloke did try his best when mine fell over and to his credit in 5" of snow and -5 c. But the bloke hadn't a clue so used his "phone a friend" option then eventually phone a dealer tech option and finally after being stranded for four hours on side of M4 with no heat, he finally used "phone a recovery truck" option. When the computer can't tell them what's wrong, they ain't got a bloody clue with these cars. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

The guy who used to come out to my home was a technician who left dealership I bought car from. He arrived in brand new disco so assumed he worked for LR as it was them I phoned. His last visit was day after car came back from a service and spilled its guts all over the drive. Apparently a bad batch of fuel filters that split under pressure. If the rescue driver knew about them, you'd think the dealer would. He changed the filter and spent hours with fairy liquid and my hose cleaning up 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
