Can anyone tell me if I can upgrade to high been assist/ adaptive lights in my MY11 RRS? There around the £1200 mark from Land Rover but not sure if they need coding or even if they will work without additional hardware. I cant answer your question, but from experience I don't rate High Beam Assist, it works well 90% of the time, but 10% of the time it doesn't switch main beam lights down much to the annoyance of other road users.
I don't have full adaptive lights (moving headlamps) but did on my previous Disco3 and thought I would miss them, but I don't. My RRS has front corner lamps, which I was not expecting, and really like these for slow corner manouevres.
