The IID should have stored the original settings on the first pairing with your RRS. This then enables you to restore factory settings when needed - is this not the case ? 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Thanks but that's not the case because my ride height was already out of sync, not the factory setting when I used the IIDTool. |

You need someone to measure the distance from arch to the alloy rim (what size alloy have you got?) so you can replicate it.
