Nice that Jakeob, black is definetly the best colour for them.

Here's my old one, imported Version 4 STi, standard 280bhp plus an Apexi filter and cat back exhaust, insurance was a killer at 22 years old Big Cry

Nice boat. They can give you lots of pleasure but you need to use them and be an enthusiast.

I have just sold my 26' Caribbean (Bertram). Now I no longer work from home and only have weekends off, it just wasn't getting used enough. The last few weekends have just been too hot for boating. In 42 degrees, the helm wheel gets too hot , the seats get too hot and any "after use" jobs are a recipe for heatstroke! Perth is a lot hotter than Melbourne. So, from now on it will be a much smaller trailer boat and less work. Something that isn't going to kill me with depreciation and isn't such a big investment that I worry about using it.

I won't post any pics as I don't want to start another "mine is bigger than yours war" like last time which got me banned. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

BKHK, I've had boats for the last 15 years so a bit of an enthusiast Thumbs Up I get a lot of use out of the boat probably every weekend and practically every day during the spring and summer. She's a 38' Fairline Targa with twin Volvo 370's so 740hp and she'll do 42 knots Thumbs Up (and drinks fuel like it's going out of fashion Shocked ) we got her new in 2009 and have so far been round Ireland, and all around the west coast of Scotland, now the plan is to trade in to a bigger boat or to ship her down to the South of France for some guaranteed good weather as the weather is a tad unpredictable up here to say the least and we've been caught out in some really bad stuff Whistle Dave.
