Hartwell Land Rover Oxford The excuse(reason) it had an intermittent ABS Fault - actually for the past 10 days everytime you started the car it lite up like a christmas tree so the only time it does not is when at dealers - and they wanted to recreate the fault, the driver was workshop supervisor so not a young kid nearly my age. No real apology just "doing my job" was not looking at the speedo & it must be really boring to drive as 1500rpm doing 50 the speed limit on the road outside the dealers. What a load of , I do not drive at over 90 so why the do they need to, I get the fault when I start the car. I might be being unfair but had I not asked to speak to the Service Manager - given they were told last night - they would not have said anything. My fault for using them I suppose - never again Paul L405 Loire Blue Swift Conqueror 645 Abarth 500c |

Now what you should do is to video the playback of the screen when you play the video which will show the roads and speed. Title it appropriately and then withouit editing the sound, put it on youtube.

I second that when I was looking for a sport I went to Hartwells as a cash buyer and the sales guy never bothered to get out of his seat and show us the car on the forecourt so went elsewhere Got mine serviced at JF no problems at all . Have you considered going to the police and see what they have to say on the matter. At the end of the day it is illegal and he was doing more than 200mph over the speed limit. Automatic 6 points and possible driving ban!!!!!

Blimey 200mph over the limit!! ..... And next years winner of the Formula 1 world championship is LANDROVER Seriously though, josh is right. I think i'd be inclined to inform the Police... especially after the very shoddy response you got from them when you challenged the dealer about it. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black 2013 Evoque 5 Door Pure Tech SD4 - Orkney Grey with Panoramic Roof (Mrs E's new baby) GONE - RRS - 3.0 TDV6 HSE - Santorini (2010) GONE - RRS - 2.7 TDV6 HSE - Java Black (2007) GONE - Porsche Boxster S - 3.2 - Black |

I was thinking of asking them for a quote for some work to be done. Perhaps I'll ask for the vehicle not to be test driven as if it was stolen.

You want to post this topic to their MD, then see if they take it seriously. |
