He wasn't driving... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Still his car and presumably his insurance covering the other driver, which will mean them paying out to fix it do increased premium

Unless they just pay for repairs but still needs to inform them (unless the underwriters read the sun) , so his risk increases and his premium too

Unless we know who was driving and in what capacity, there's no way of knowing who is paying for what and who will be claiming from whom.

But even if it is his insurance that pays out, the kid is hardly short of a few quid and probably won't even realise the premium has gone up...his management will probably deal with that sort of thing for him.

Hell, the vehicle might not even be his but is probably an asset of 'his' company - and they probably pay the insurance too. I doubt he is directly linked to the vehicle in either capacity. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport SDV6 SE Rimini Red

Out of interest, when looking at the photo showing the front of the vehicle, it appears to be an early L322 model from 2002-2005 as the grille and head lights look very square in that photo. Plus the grille is the horizontal one that doesn't have indentations for the main beam.

I'll stand corrected if I'm wrong Laughing Current - RRS SE Rimini Red

Previous - BMW 520, RR P38 4.0 V8 HSE, Vauxhall Vectra 2.5 GSi
