United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

1K limit on a range rover sport doesn't go very far i'm afraid Big Cry but i guess if the garage you bought it from do any repairs that may crop up in the future, i guess the labour rate won't be as high as a main stealer.

I was reading an article in autoexpress regarding engine failures and warranty direct had a mention.
They paid out a whopping thirteen grand on a Range Rover claim Thumbs Up

looks really smart.

At that age and mileage you might be able to get 1 year of LR Approved Warranty which is unlimited claims. Otherwise, LR Select Warranty would cover you up to £3k per claim.

You would have to pay for this though. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Can we have our right back back? Thumbs Up

Good day all around then!

P.S I've got a 4k per claim on my warranty just in case. I've only had my RRS 2 months so I would definitely listen to the more experienced owners on here. Thumbs Up

Dealer has agreed to recover it & replace the alternator Thumbs Up as opposed to paying full LR rates locally. They've done a few before & will pick-up tomorrow & provide a courtesy, might be fixed by Friday, can't fault them so far... They get the parts from their local LR dealer & also get free diagnostics etc as they are 'mates'...

Well I guess replacing the battery may have disguised the issue in the short term? 50 mile journey home was fine, apart from ACC Sensor blocked, but it was a blizzard down the M3 & that's now cleared, but only when I popped out again did the light appear...
