yep.. sounds like the license has thrown a wobbly.

Pete will have to re-email the map for you to upload onto the interface, overwriting the existing modified map.

Then hopefully you'll be rolling again Mr. Green RRS gone

I have now deleted all data from the interface, reset the unit to Land Rover / RR 2.7 Sport

Read the dealer installed the latest standard map. However I am now unable to load the performance map onto the interface, so all the info (file, maps, dealer invoice with contact number etc) has now been sent off to Pete so he can have a look at it when he gets a few minutes.

If you went to dealer with the standard map loaded then it should not be a big deal.

What happened is that the dealer loaded an update to your car.
Now the BAS interface sees a different map ID and is unable to load the performance map.

You basically did all is necessary.

- Delete the data from the interface.
- reset the unit to Land Rover/RRS 2.7
- read the new map on the car
- send the new file to Pete
- he will create a new performance map based on that and email it back to you.
- load the new map on the unit then load it on your car.

Done.

This is why it is important to always reload the standard map everytime you take the car to the dealer for servicing or for a problem. '08 RRS TDV8

Happened the same to me, Pete told me that a 10amps fuse is gone. I replaced the fuse and I could be able to load the modified map again.

Very Happy /|\

FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM PETE BELL

ALL SORTED.... Thumbs Up

Pete (BAS) responded to my request for help within minutes, said he would sort it ASAP, and send me a new map.

I must be honest, if anyone wants a remap then the 1st choice must be the BAS remap, we all know the remap is good, however as the after sales service and support is even better. Bow down

Many thanks
