Tdv6 getting about 26mpg, down from 28 a few months ago. Assume it's a combination of fuel burning heater and electric seats, headlights ect. Same thing happened last year. I am going to investigate whether the fbh is switching off correctly. |

Yes, but using heated seats, heated windscreen, lights on, FBH running for a few minutes etc. all use fuel and so reduce mileage rates... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

Have noticed a decline in mine recently, as you say RRSTDV8, seats, screens, heaters, all kill the milage so it's not all the bad weathers fault, but a change in habits too. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

A while back I uploaded my map and re-set my mpg counter at the same time, this was followed by 3 days of short journeys into town at rush hour... my mpg struggled to top 19 in those 3 days.

Interesting differences from all the cars. My last tank full on a TDV8 was a mostly short runs of about 3- 12 miles and one long 120 miler on motorway returned 23.2 mpg. |
