Jeez!, now thats an interesting website!, i too like things clean, but where do you start on a site like that lol....

On topic, Mike, and forgive me if you did say, but i read it all a few times as i am very impressed with all your work and dedication on the sport, what did you use for removal of the scratches on the plastic rear lights / spoiler brake light please?.

I'm looking forward, with your helpful post and Ady's link to getting a good set up of some basic cleaning products for my sport and some tips on a "starter" basic cleaning process, and will add to it after i read more!, thanks!.

Thumbs Up TDV8

Its a minefield out there but as a starter kit i'm sure mike can point you in the right direction, it no good getting quality products if you don't know how to use them right.

It's also worth pointing out that phoning one of the product suppliers for a chat is a good idea if you're not sure where to start. They'll all offer you tips and hints and most have starter kits to get you up and running.

Alex @ EliteCarCare, Tim @ Cleanyourcar, Matt @ I4detailing to name a few would be worth dropping a line. Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Hi Guys

Took the car for its MOT as it ran out Nov 10. Past with flying colours. Only problem is it got very dirty on the way there & back, so spent friday re cleaning the exterior and some of the front.

Finally got the plates registered and put on the car. Still have the exhausts to do and the engine bay, its just trying to find the time between work. Heres a couple with the plates on!

That rear plate just doesn't look right on a sport, wrong size Whistle The rest of the motor looks spot on. Thumbs Up

I agree with ADY 555 but don't go for the full fat size like they have on Jags as this is even worse.
Can I also just say that I have thoroughly enjoyed the thread and posts on this clean. You really do enjoy your cleaning and take pride in your work.... Well done superclean Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Bow down It is what it is and I am what I am....
