Could also be the brake switch needing calibrated just had that with mine! 1hr's labour sorted it Java black 2006

I completely understand why people sh*t themselves when the dash lights up. All those warning lights come on, and most people can hear their wallet emptying itself at the thought of taking it to a garage.

9 times out of 10 though, its a simple, (relatively) cheap fix, such as a brake light bulb/switch, fuel filter, steering angle sensor calibration, soft tyre etc...

AS for the OP's fault, we need fault codes ideally, as we can speculate all day long

Hi, all sorted but no LR have left me wi another problem.

The new battery sorted out all the issues and faults and pdcs.

However......... They have dropped the car back off to me and after a long drive the sat nav screen has stopped working and I cannot change the radio stations or anything not even listen to any music !!

What the hell hav they done, aaaarrrrgggghhhhh
