Big Moan!!!!!!!!!

Well so much for Lookers Park Royal being applauded on here!

Rang them this morning to speak to David ( service mgr). Told he was busy..receptionist asked if anybody else could help me I said no, it was david I wanted to speak to. She took my number and said, "can't guarantee it will be david who will call you back" This despite telling her 15 seconds ago that It David I wanted to speak to.

Anyway, waited for the call all day.....nothing. Nobody from Lookers called.. Great customer service!!!

Lets see what lookers have lost out on:

1. revenue from a service
2. Looking to move up to a newer S/C 2010 0r 2011 so lost sale
3. Lost profit from part exchange my vehicle
4. Lost customer...wont be going there
5. Further lost business...no recommendation from me..so people I know with RRS will most probably avoid.

I know Lookers are a site sponsor on here so maybe this topic will be deleted..I hope not...I hope this forum allows the good to be highlighted as well as the bad.

Maybe been the service manager he was busy all day doing management sort of things, after all it's just past a busy new registration period and been a Friday I assume lots of customers collecting their new cars for the weekend,


When you called, did they actually say he would call today, or was that actually requested by you Question if not then its a little off slagging them off

maybe you should leave your high horse behind next time you ring, your nothing special mate, just another customer, and seeing that he had never heard of you, he was more than likely dealing with customers he does know, and just didnt have to the time to ring you back 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater Smile)))

The reason I had a moan is this:

In the current climate business is tough....Not many people spending their hard earned cash on luxuries.

I would have thought that all customer service industries would be trying their hardest to secure all the business they could..particularly the car industry.

In the end businesses stand or fall with the quality of their frontline staff.

I get that with LPR too sometimes. The thought of ringing them back after a couple of hours doesn't bother me much (despite being THE customer) and that usually gets me the response I am after. Not to mention saves me some stress waiting for the phone to ring.

May be I am the pushover type who just wrongly assumes they must be busy and I am not the only customer. I am now worried that I need to get some more ego Embarassed
