Maybe been the service manager he was busy all day doing management sort of things, after all it's just past a busy new registration period and been a Friday I assume lots of customers collecting their new cars for the weekend,

maybe you should leave your high horse behind next time you ring, your nothing special mate, just another customer, and seeing that he had never heard of you, he was more than likely dealing with customers he does know, and just didnt have to the time to ring you back 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater ))) |

yeah, sorry if it came across as harsh, it wasnt my intention, I do not work in the service sector, but i spend more than enough time talking on the phone to them, for me to realise you have to treat these people as 'special', make them feel important, otherwise you dont get anywhere 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater ))) |

I get that with LPR too sometimes. The thought of ringing them back after a couple of hours doesn't bother me much (despite being THE customer) and that usually gets me the response I am after. Not to mention saves me some stress waiting for the phone to ring.
