Hai, have you checked to make sure the multi plug that feeds the aux socket is connected ?

Hi Belink, if you lift the flap up that covers the aux socket and lighter socket the whole thing will pull towards you, it will be stubborn but put your thumb in the lighter socket to give a decent grip and with the other hand prise off one of the bottom corners and it will release. You will find two connectors, 1 for the cigarette lighter that just pulls off and a green connector with 3 wires that pulls out sideways once you press the tab. To refit, make sure the wires are tucked out of the way and push the unit firmly back in and it will lock into place. If the wires are fitted ok it may be worth trying another unit if you know someone local to you.
