Post a picture up and details of which model, then people can give you some pointers.

New S/C grille, clear/smoked side repeaters will be at the top of the list if you haven't already got them I would imagine. Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

theres either 2 or 3, 1 definetely in the tailpipe, and one further along where the exhaust starts, and i think one in the middle. read on this or someone with more experience will tell you later http://www.lro.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=4761

Have a look under the centre of the vehicle. Are there two boxes (in tandem) or one? If two, then you have the DPF exhaust (Diesel Particulate Filter). If there's just one large box then you don't have the DPF.

There are two smaller boxes (one on each pipe) towards the rear of the vehicle. These can be removed/replaced to give more noise.

Search on this site for sherlock's thread about his TDV8 exhaust from "pipe werks" (I think that's how they spell it).

As for other mods? 19 inch rims, big tyres, drive it through mud. Trust me, it'll be a most individual RRS if you do that Rolling with laughter .

Alternatively, fit 22inch rims, change the lights, reflectors and grille and look like all of the other RRS on the road Whistle . Your choice Thumbs Up

Of course, the question is: why modify it? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thank you signore. The car is black and nothing is changed or upgraded yet. Based on what you and others said I will look to buy some items this week. I will upload some pics but for the moment I am busy working. I tried but I gave up after 10 minutes, I need to find some time to fallow the instructions for uploading some.

Where do I buy all this from? Which ones can be changed and with what?

- smoked side repeaters
- side vents to black colour
- replace the green to black LR badges on front grill, on the back door, on the wheels, steering wheel and front doors
- colour coding - black handles (grey now)
- SC grill with Java Black coding (is it possible?)
- mud flaps all round
- side steps
- remap
- SC exhaust

So, do you want to be told what mods to do to make your car "cool" and "nice looking"? If so, all you will end up with is a car that other people like rather than what you like. I know that's how fashion works Sheep Sheep Sheep but cars are a bit less ephemeral than that surely?

Look at various threads hereabouts and you will see the same people making the same suggestions of "lose this", "lose that", "swap this for that". Of course, all that happens is that we end up with a load of clones. Black RRS, 22 inch rims, de-tango'd reflectors, blackened light clusters, colour coded door handles, AB grille and exhaust tips etc.

Some people do different things e.g. "interesting" paint colour combinations. They usually get some scathing comments but at least they're modding the car individually rather than just cloning everyone else.

So, what do you want? You've already posted a fairly typical list of bits to change. What else are you looking for? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Well said, to many sports looking the same, go with what you want it's an individual thing.

Agree, like Ozzy Osbourne says about tattoos. 'you're more of an individual nowadays if you don't have one'
Mods to make your car stand out sometimes do the opposite. I'll be buying one with no mods. Not knocking modding as some look fantastic.
