Could be tyre related - some tyres can be a bit noisy at certain speeds. If there is a vibration too then that might point to a balance issue or a slightly buckled wheel rim. Might be worth having the alignment checked too. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I have same problem on my winter tires, so I guess this rules out tires as a problem.

Hi Moe. When you get the noise is it while accelerating? I get a noise every now and again if I lift foot off accelerator and back on again it goes. Just wondered if it was the same?? Its not loud its only me that knows its there.
