Left Hand Drive RRS for UK-CoC, headlight adjustment etc

Hi everyone,
I'm looking at getting a second hand RRS TDV8 from Germany as I'm going to be doing a lot of European travel soon and would like an LHD.
It would be a 2007 ish early one so I know it's a simple case of filling out the paperwork and taking to the DVLA but I had a couple of questions before I get it and prep for UK Reg.

Adjusting the headlights?, can this be done at a LR dealer?, would them pointing flat be ok for the MOT?.

Certificate of Conformity- I'm not sure if this would be provided with the car or not, in the event it wasn't does anyone know how and where I would get one from?.

Lastly is there a setting in the instrument panel that can make your speed in MPH come up on the display?, as I believe from what I've read that it must be capable of displaying MPH in some way?.

Thanks very much for any help.

The headlights are a 10 minute job to switch from UK to continental beam settings and vice versa.

mph / km/h can be changed using the settings accessible from the button on the end of the light stalk. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
