Guys is this worthwhile?

I have these issues listed below;

(A-Essential, B Desirable) ;

(A) Rear Antil roll Bar leaking (requires change)
(A) Front Anti roll bar leaking (requires change)
(A) Front Diff pinion seal leaking (requires change)
(A) Front anti roll bar bushes worn (requires change)
(B) Freeplay from front lower ball joint and arm rear bushes (requires new arm)

Any help much appreciated..
