Newcastle, I suspect you are talking about Rossleigh in Newburn. IMHO they are not a patch on Lloyds in Carlisle. Lloyds love Landrovers and genuinely want to help their customers enjoy them too. They even come over to Newcastle to collect your car if it needs a service and drop off a courtesy car at no extra charge. And they are very open minded when it comes to chipped vehicles Cool RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini

Newcastle,

Does this usually happen more after you've been driving gently for a while. My Jeep does.
I had a diesel Montego once that could obliterate an entire dual carridgeway with black smoke. If you booted it from a standing start, it used to draw a black line on the road from it's downturned exhaust Whistle

But that's all fairly typical of Diesels.
If it's not using excessive amounts of oil, and still gets the expected MPG, I doubt if there's anything wrong with it.

Bob. RRS 4.2 S/C. Zermatt. Tints. Stormers. 150+ paint defects, wonkey bonnet, scratches, detached doorseal. suspension faults. To sum it up, a 60k pile of cr4p!
