What is it with dealers taking out mats before they sell a car. I've just picked up a TDV6 today and in the original pics it had mats and the rubber boot mat, today..... Nothing!!

Talking of floor mats - why are there "hooks" on the floor of my 2007 RRS yet the mats (which seem to be genuine LR) have no provision to connect 'to' the hooks? |

You should learn the Columbo Close, just as you are halfway through signing the order just stop and check that the mats are included.

So it looks like I've got the wrong mats. It's proving difficult to identify the correct one's. Can anyone recommend a supplier please:

Totally agree with going back and asking for them, if it was me I would take the car back and complain then tell the manager you no longer want the car and hand him/her the keys then tell said manager your writing to trading standards/some legal ombudsman. Then sit back as he fits new mats and offers you a free service or such like. For me that's the same as the car having a different set of alloys on from when you viewed it till it was sold. Dont let them away with it |
