I don't use the Peltor ones but have been using these (although branded as William Powell in my case) http://www.uttings.co.uk/Product/640/10337...rotectors/ I find they only get in the way if I miss-mount the gun. Usually they're fine. A friend has Peltor cans but not sure if they're the ones you're looking at. He did say it took him a few goes to get used to them having used foam buds before. Now he's very happy with the Peltors though. The best thing is being able to hear what's going on whilst keeping your ears warm on cold days . Ear defenders can be a bit sweaty on hot summer days though. But that's not too much of a price to pay for warm ears on the other 360 days! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |
