Resetting Parking sensors

Can anyone tell me how you reset parking sensors on a 2005 RRS ?

dont think you can...if you have any electrical problems sometimes discounting the battery works..

I thought it may help as everytime I put it in reverse it goes off a continuous beep, Ive cleaned them all and it still does it!!

There's nothing to reset, as mentioned above by scarey.

There could be a number of reasons, most of which will bring up a DTC. In the absence of this, there is also the

On-board self-test:

This self-test will inform the driver of any faults by a combination of LED and tones:

a) The status LED will flash if the system is active and a fault is detected in the sensors, sounders, wiring or module;
b) The front sounder will emit an error tone for 3 seconds if a fault is detected with the front sensors or if the rear sounder develops a fault;
c) The rear sounder will emit an error tone for 3 seconds if a fault is detected with the rear sensors, the switch, or the LED in the switch, or if there is a controller area network (CAN) bus error.

Do a search, this has been discussed before. Malaysia Boleh!

I've got the same problem and couldnt find anything helpful on a search. RRS TDV8 (loving it)

Diagnostic Trouble Code can appear on the message centre and/or they can be retrieved with a proper diagnostic system tool. Malaysia Boleh!

I remember reading on hear somewhere if you put the car into reverse and put your ear up to each sensor you can hear the one thats not working making a slight buzzing noise, thats if its the sensor that is actually faulty. RRS TDV8 (loving it)
