Just got this quote on an exec plus package with no excess at £476 with claims paid either to me , after I pay the garage, or the garage directly , i the garage accepts this option.

There are a variety of exclusions which seem to be water and tear items such as pads, seals, callipers, etc

You really need to look into it in finer detail, go through it with a fine tooth comb, i got my warranty from warranty direct i paid £650 for a 13 month warranty which included wear & tear (but not on servicable items) emissions ie the ever failing EGR valves, all bushes ball joints etc, all suspension conponants all mechanical conponants all electrical conponants it also included consequential damage + it covers you upto £50 per day car hire upto £250 recovery costs, but its £50 excess per claim.

Agree you should look at Warranty Direct.

They do wear and tear, check the comments on the LR forum too.

People seem to like them. 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE in Artic Frost. 20" 2010 HST Alloys, sidesteps, Hawke tips, plus minor bits and bobs along with a remap. Four spike spiders ready for the Alps again now tucked up in their garage boxes...

I use WD and they've been fine

Only downside is you need to pay for the work then claim the money back with receipts... so a healthy visa card is useful! RRS gone

this quote seem =s really good as it includes break down in UK and EU, hotel costs and rail costs, no excess.

Here are the exceptions so not sure if you class them as wear and tear but would be good to know if these are included in WD policy??

There isn't much left for them to cover then Sounds like they are on a win win situation, i wouldn't waste my money on that warranty and i would look into the WD policy.

You could try zooming your screen in a bit but it gets blurred the more you do it, give them a ring and ask for their terms and conditions

Sherlock, notice you've had a remap. You need to check the small print to see if you need to declare that.

Do you attend motor sport events? I dont mean go on the track, just turn up at a race course?
Well if you do warranty direct won't cover you.
They are a bunch of.............
If it was upto me I would do a Clarkson....... Drag them outside and execute them in front if there families.
