I've not seen this stuff before and watched the videos and it seems pretty easy to DIY.

I saw a Revere (I think it was anyway) with those "tinted" rear lights. The only thing that went through my mind was....how long before he gets pulled - you could hardly see the brake light working, let alone the normal lights......IMO dangerous which takes precedence over aesthetics. I'm not promoting or condoning the product, but here is what they say on their website. http://www.flyeyeskit.co.uk/faq.php 'Q: Is this product legal? A: This product when used as recommended is completely legal on UK roads. Very light colours such as white are not recommended for rear lights or indicators, as daylight can obscure the appearance of light coming from behind the material. This effect is not noticable with other colours, and our darker kits provide an unobstructed view of brakes and indicators in any external light conditions.' On a Revere its legal as the reflectors are on the bumper... same as newer models. |

Well the you could say why do people put bigger or different style alloys on their cars? end of the day it's a bit of customization. Us men are all big kids really! |

Agreed, just prefer more of an OEM+ look myself. Would be boring if we were all the same, I mean, where would we be without all that Revere banter

Exactly! Yes Revere, some hate some love... tbh love the banter! I have fully tinted lights but I think half tinted may look better... |
